Marie was born and raised in Staten Island, New York. She has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Binghamton University and is a licensed Professional Engineer. She worked as an engineer and project manager for over 14 years. Marie uses her engineering skills in real estate by changing floor plans to make houses more functional. Her favorite projects include adding square footage to a house.
Marie met her husband Chris in New York and they purchased their first rental property in 2007 and took on their first renovation project in 2009. Chris retired from the NYC Fire Department for medical reasons. Hurricane Sandy destroyed a renovation project and their 2 rental houses in NY. They moved to Phoenix, AZ in 2013. They have 2 young boys that love helping with their real estate business and giving property updates.

Jake was born and raised in a small town in Maine. He grew up playing guitar in several bands, enjoying rounds of golf, and building motorcycles. After high school he worked various jobs including commercial fishing and welding. Jake would then go on to enlist in the Army as a 91E (Allied Trade Specialist) at the age of 24. Jake served 5 years as a Paratrooper in the 82nd ABN DIV and 173rd IBCT(A). After fulfilling his contract, Jake then began pursuing his career in real estate.
Jake was motivated to form Allora Homes after dealing first-hand with the difficulties that surround moving while in the military. In 2020, during one of the most intense periods of lockdown, Jake and his family had to relocate on orders to NC from Italy. They faced incredible challenges and out of pocket expenses. That experience stuck with him, and he decided to do something about it and provide service members and their families with ethical solutions in uncertain times.
